Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-post-sales technical support on enterprise solution
• Handle system trouble shooting and configuration
• Blinding network, MVPN service management
• Perform server support and maintenance 
• Provide project management support 
• Track provisioning and billing setup workflow for customer’s project

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience, preferably in telecommunication industry
• Skillful and knowledgeable in server administration and / or any Database Management
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skill, willing to deal with customers and able to work independently
• Organized with good documentation work
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
