Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Telesales to achieve sales target
• Maintain good relationship with reseller/customer for exploring more business opportunity
• Respond to all outbound calls and inbound enquires
• Process sales orders and related documentation and liaise with other departments to ensure timely deliveries to customers
• Handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g. inventory status, stock quotation, delivery schedule, order cancellation etc.)

Requirements

• F.7 or above, with 5 years of experience in telemarketing, in which 2 years at supervisor level
• With prior sales experience in IT product would have definite advantage
• Good supervisory experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales driven, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office
