What we are looking for

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who is responsible for translating business needs and strategy requirements into actionable technical plans, and who coordinates implementation efforts to meet product quality standards and deadlines. 

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and align technical delivery of products to the business timeline.

• Interrogate the design and technical reasoning behind decisions and quality of the final customer facing product.   

• In charge of creating and updating technical documentation and customer facing documentation across product, API and exchange. 

• Working closely with all departments of the business (management, development, design, marketing, customer service, QA) to understand the needs of the business pertaining to technical development. 

• Being a scrum master by leading, creating, organising Product Briefs, Epics, Sprints with necessary parties.

• Manage and support customer integrations through API, whitelabeling or other. 

• Reconciling between customer requests and technical team. 

• Generate, improve and implement processes in running the company. 

Requirements

• B.S in STEM or Management. Applicable experience in technology field lieu of degree is also considered. 

• Highly consciousness and analytical. Excellent at problem solving. A patient and clear communicator. Not fazed by complexity. Multi tasker. Good with numbers. Self starter. 

• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile management, Github/Gitlab/Mattermost,Cryptocurrency (beneficial), Ruby or other coding language (optional) / finance (optional).
