An international prestige brand is hiring a committed Retail Manager to lead the sales team and grow with the brand. 

Main responsibilities:

• Coach & motivate the sales team and frontline staff to achieve sales target
• Review and implement operational procedures and conduct regular shop visit to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Work with Marketing and Training depts to plan and integrate retail sales strategies
• Maintain stock and inventory level based on consumer needs
• Participate in staff recruitment, training and development
• Handle customer complaints when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant experience in luxury W&J / beauty/ fashion / Lifestyle industry
• Committed to work with excellent people management and development skills
• Result-driven and self-motivated
• Good Analytical and problem solving skill
• Computer literacy and good numerical sense
• Fluent command of both English and Chinese capability
