Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer order from order entry to shipment

Able to read forecast and stock replenishment
-
Assist in preparing samples
-
Provide after sales support, handle and resolve customer complaints
-
Perform general office administrative support
-
Prepare reports to support sales activities and management’s review
-
Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
-
1-2 years experience in international trading/ manufacturing / merchandising/ sales order follow-up will be an advantage
-
Knowledge of customer purchase order and order fulfillment process
-
Knowledge of inventory control process
- Good communication skills – able to work with different organization levels and liaise with outside vendors
-
Sales-oriented, proactive, attention to details, and with can-do attitude
-
Proficiency in Excel and Word application, and Chinese word processing, etc. knowledge in ERP system is a PLUS
-
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Immediate available is preferred
