Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer order from order entry to shipment
• Able to read forecast and stock replenishment
• Assist in preparing samples
• Provide after sales support, handle and resolve customer complaints
• Perform general office administrative support
• Prepare reports to support sales activities and management’s review
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in international trading/ manufacturing / merchandising/ sales order follow-up will be an advantage
• Knowledge of customer purchase order and order fulfillment process
• Knowledge of inventory control process
• Good communication skills – able to work with different organization levels and liaise with outside vendors
• Sales-oriented, proactive, attention to details, and with can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Excel and Word application, and Chinese word processing, etc. knowledge in ERP system is a PLUS
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
