Job Description

• Oversee the factory operation of a plastic injection manufacturing plant in China.
• Drive and develop lean production and factory improvement.
• Monitor and ensure production efficiency, cost control, quality control, process control and factory management are properly executed
• Formulate and implement company policies and regulations and monitor their implementation
• Work closely with multinational clients (Decathlon, IKEA and Walmart, etc.), and be proactive in providing solutions for customer’s requirements.
• Good at identifying opportunity and risk.

Requirement

• At least 5 years of managerial experiences in plastic injection manufacturing industries.
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of Chinese and English in both written and oral communications
• Good proficiency in PPT and EXCEL.
• Science background is a plus.
• Willing to travel to China (station 2 days per weeks, at least)
