• Monitor the effectiveness of various quality systems, included but not limited to ISO22000, ISO9001 and HACCP in affiliates
• Support in addressing Quality Performance of affiliates
• Perform microbial and chemical analysis, routine equipment monitoring, calibration and maintenance
• Manage product compliance verification system, e.g. NIP
• Establish Group Policy and working instruction in related to Quality, Food Safety Management system and Laboratory Methodology Development
• Promote and assist affiliates to execute the established policy and working instruction
• Support in enhancing capability of Quality staff
• Support in supplier management
• Assist in handling quality related projects and activities, e.g. trouble shooting
• Perform other duties as assigned and provide support to the whole team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Safety / Food Technology / Microbiology / Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry, OR
  Higher diploma / Higher Certificate in Food Science or related disciplines
  
• At least 2 years solid quality assurance experience in food industry, preferably in beverage manufacturing
• Lead Auditor Training on FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 Quality Management System and HACCP Food Safety Management System
  (Candidate do not have ISO 22000 Lead Auditor Training will also be considered)
  
• Experienced in HOKLAS accredited lab will be advantage
• Strong sense of urgency, highly alert to potential safety / quality issue with analytical mind and capable of multi-tasking
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
