The major responsibilities are:

• Lead and manage the Retention team to carry out Cultivation and Retention activities
• Initiate and implement fundraising cultivation campaigns, mainly through Direct Mail and Telemarketing
• Plan donor loyalty program and engagement activity
• Content strategy development for all fundraising appeals and donor
• Management of day-to-day working relationship with internal and third-party service providers, including telemarketing agencies, in support for timely implementation of these fundraising programmes
• Responsible for MSF-HK annual Donor Retention budget, both income and expense; and the overall Donor Retention Strategic Planning
• Develop retention plan based on insights from CRM of over 100,000 active donors to enhance donor loyalty
• Produce post-campaign analysis a to ensure the campaign objectives are met

The Ideal Candidate

• University graduate
• 5 years working experience in marketing; fundraising experience in NGO sector is an asset (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer (Retention))
• Strong interest in the mission of MSF and sees the value how his/her marketing experience and contribute to it
• Good sense in profit and loss analysis
• Advanced Proficiency with spreadsheet packages (Excel)
• Familiar with the CRM systems and analytical tools
• Attention to details, high accuracy, result oriented and donor centric mentality
• Excellent proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Committed to deliver objectives; results oriented
• Strong project management skills, able to steer project within the budget and the timeline with minimum supervision
• Able to work independently but also a good team player
