Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality PR services with a view to building good corporate image and fostering all-round good relationships for the company
• Support the Sales & Marketing Department in all PR-related sales and after-sales functions
• Co-ordination and execution of PR events and branding exercises
• Answer media enquiries and keep close contact and good relationship with the media
• Complaint handling, issues and crisis management
• Copy writing, translation and editing, etc.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
• 6-8 years of solid experience in public relations/corporate communications, with well-rounded skill set for media relations, complaint handling, issues and crisis management, event coordination and management, copy writing, translation and editing, etc.
• Prior working experience with reputable local property developers an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Positive and pro-active, service-oriented with good customer and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
• Hands-on PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Public Relations Officer
