Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the execution of various fundraising initiatives and the operation of the Monthly Donation Programme
  • Provide logistics and clerical support to the establishment and maintenance of corporate partnerships
  • Assist in the organization and execution of signature fundraising events and campaigns
  • Contribute to the Monthly Donation Programme by assisting in donor retention campaigns, including daily donation renewal, reactivation, upgrade and donor data update, donor gatherings and fundraising appeals
  • Provide logistics support to exhibitions when required

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above with minimum of 2 years’ work experience in fundraising / marketing / customer service / retail industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and positive work attitude
  • Experience of working in NGO is preferred
