Responsibilities:

• To provide translation and interpretation support to the banking clients
• Responsible to translate documents 
• Act as an interpreter for senior management in various occasions
• Negotiating deadline with requester, if necessary
• Providing advice to requester on more efficient ways of handling a job
• To maintain and seek ways to improve the quality of service provided, which may include building better client relations with and obtaining feedback from service users

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in translation,
• Ability to produce quality work under time constraint
• Client service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English, German
