Responsibilities:

• Perform sales tasks and generate sales leads to meet the sales targets of the fair, including cold calls, inquiry follow up, show visits, etc;
• Establish and maintain with existing and potential clients to develop business opportunities and generate revenue through advertising sales;
• Prepare marketing plan, develop and monitor online and offline promotional activities of digital business;
• Work closely with various show teams to prepare promotional plan and sales materials of digital business;
• Handle sales administration duties such as processing of application form, invoicing, liaison with exhibitors and services suppliers etc.
• Work closely with operation team, headquarters and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation of digital business;
• Assist the manager to prepare budget proposal and monthly forecast. 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in any disciplines preferably in Marketing, E-commerce or Advertising;
• Minimum 4 years of solid advertising sales experience in servicing industry, familiar with e-commerce and online sales is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets;
• Hands-on knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
• Good writing skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Willing to travel overseas;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a position of Assistant Sales Manager.
