Job Duties:

• To lead a small team of customer service staff in providing quality services in Online.
• Provide professional information, solutions and advice based on online client inquiries
• Ensure customer’s queries & communications are responded accurately & efficiently
• Co-ordinate with online marketing project
• Handling of inventory activities
• Prepare reports

Job Requirements:

• Able to work independently & under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks;
• Strong customer orientation, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Able to work shift duty from Monday to Saturday (5 days per week)
• Good communication skills with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
