Job Description

Job Responsibilities:. 

  • Develop and manage digital marketing and advertising campaigns;
  • Brief and work with internal departments and external agencies to execute campaigns;
  • Track, analyze and report performance in digital platforms and advertising campaigns;
  • Assist in the formulation of the marketing strategies;
  • Content-manage and problem-shoot for the organization’s websites and digital platforms;
  • Compose and optimize content for the websites, email campaigns and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube;
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments;
  • Attain set key performance indicators such as optimizing the cost per acquisition and reducing the website bounce rate;
  • Provide regular reports;
  • Maintain effective SEO and SEM strategies and tactics.

Requirements:.

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (especially PPC advertising and Facebook);
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia or related discipline;
  • Great team player, critical thinker and creative problem-solver;
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time-management skills;
  • Open mind to learn new skills;
  • Goal-oriented;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
