Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 8 years' relevant experience in property related businesses, in which 3 years at supervisory level
• Result-oriented and a team-player with good communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Committed and responsible individual with attention to details and able to meet agreed deadlines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer

Job Duties

• To provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on new investment and development opportunities
• To carry out market research and feasibility studies on property and business-related topics
• To formulate, organize and implement business plans and marketing strategies
