Job Description

PURPOSE OF ROLE

This role is responsible for the
1. Development, delivery and execution of marketing materials & programs for on & off-premise
2. Delivery of every piece of non-ATL related brand content, POS & trade presenters
3. Takes the core brand activity and then makes it work across on & off-premise channel
4. Developing the go to market strategy and clear picture of success for sales execution including NPD launch, customized marketing initiatives riding on route to market model


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES.

• Develop, manage and execute ‘in full & on time, with excellence’ (IFOTWE) the BTL elements of all key brand programs.
• Budget management and continuous tracking of $A&P spend for agreed projects
• Develop, manage and execute IFOTWE all ad hoc and ‘off the plan’ activities
• Develop, manage and execute IFOTWE agreed sponsorship leverage programs
• Closely monitor execution of key programs to capture leanings and drive for continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication, direction and execution of marketing programs
• Actively participates in continuous improvement around culture and personal development.
• Manage and nurture agency relationships – Design, execution and experiential, to achieve best results as well as seeking to bring new ideas to the table.
• Development and delivery of all relevant communication touch-points for sales execution
• Develop and delivery of all relevant toolkits for sales execution
• Input into development of key portfolio initiatives – with the viewpoint as the sales expert
• Input into annual brand planning process – with the viewpoint as the sales expert
• Responsible for complying with company policies, procedures and governance including Corporate Social Responsibilities, Risk Management and Health and Safety

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications 
• Business Degree/Diploma, with a marketing major preferred

Experience, Competencies & Skills:
• FMCG brand or trade marketing experience, 5+ years preferred
• Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive delivery of business objectives
• Strong project management & planning skills
• A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals as necessary
• Proven experience in creation and implementation of trade marketing projects
• Experience in managing agencies
• Experience in managing $A&P budgets
