I Can Read English Education centre offer harmony working environment to the right applicants are dedicate to the early child English literacy. We are currently looking for a sales and marketing executive experienced in Franchise and student development. 

Responsibility:

Marketing:

• Assist in implementing marketing plan and deliverables including events, promotion programs and materials renewal;
• Support various tasks of marketing activities including but not limited to research, presentation and production;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing / brand building initiatives;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned

Business Development & Account Servicing:

• Developing new business through exhibition, events and cold call.
• Liaising and networking with prospective/existing customers and generate new service partners, and addressing the needs of customers/partners in a timely and professional manner.
• Managing a number of prospects accounts independently.
• Assisting in contract management and the process of franchise centre.

Requirements:

• Computer proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communications and language skills with fluency in English and Chinese
• Working knowledge in social media and content creation will be an advantage;
• Organised, independent, analytical thinking, detailed-oriented.
• Bachelor degree holder or above in marketing, business studies in any discipline.
• 2-3 years experience in education sector, specially in franchise development will be prior. Will consider other sales and marketing experience applicant.
• Spoken Language: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Willing to learn, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aggressive, Hard-working, Team Player, responsible, detail-minded, self-driven and proactive.
• Sound knowledge and efficiency in PC operations, including Chinese input, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Will offer senior role to those experience candidate.
