This position is responsible for developing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) content strategy and executing it through social media, blog and internal communication channels in line with the overall corporate and employer branding strategy.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Co-ordinate employer brand execution in countries & region especially in relation with social media, blog and internal communications including learning/training for employees.
  • Communicate the EVP internally and externally. Identify key differentiators, and tell the brand story to engage target audience(s).
  • Drive social media and blog engagement through right content, SEO and optimization
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and communications team and external vendors to develop social media and blog assets
  • Reinforce the thought leadership of Global HR leadership team by supporting with Social Media Champions
  • Increase employee engagement and awareness for internal advocacy, and drive the global program
  • Utilise research tools (internal and external) to understand social media latest trends and apply insights  
  • Analyse and interpret metrics to report success of branding efforts

Key qualifications:

Essential

  • 3+ years in Digital Marketing or Social Media
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Sprinklr or other similar social media management platform expertise
  • Marketing qualification
  • Recruitment knowledge
  • Communications agency experience
