Responsibilities:

• Support full set of account including AR, AP & G/L
• Annual budget report to headquarter and management
• Audit preparation
• Handle the monthly bank reconciliation, P&L and B/S
• Assist in month-end system closing
• Project budgeting and cash flow control
• To process monthly payroll, commission and tax filing
• Handle MPF administration and assist in insurance renewal projects
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by headquarter and management
• Handle full spectrum of office administration duties
• Make sure the daily operations are performed properly

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with LCCI higher level
• 3 years of Accounting and payroll experience
• Proactive, a team player with a open mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and able to relate with all levels of people
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;  knowledge of flex system
• Immediate available is an advantage
