Roles and Responsibilities

• Regularly liaise with suppliers to source & order appropriate spare parts to cope the frontline operational needs
• Maintain sufficient stock level of spare parts and components at warehouse
• Monitor the quality of spare parts and feedback to suppliers
• Collect and despatch the relevant stock items to different parties
• Co-ordinate the regular company functions
• Assist the supervisor in handling daily office administration work, provide administrative support to the office

Requirements

• Post Secondary Education or above
• Relevant experience in procurement support and logistics administration
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Organized and detailed minded
• Self motivated and high sense of responsibility
• Pleasant, outgoing, independent, mature and good manner
• Good knowledge of using MS Excel, Words and Chinese word processing
• Good command of Chinese and English
