We are looking for a Senior Quality and Product Manager, a pleasant and accurate person with preferably experience in the Consumer Electronics market. You will support the management and purchase department by researching and analyzing information and facilitating the communication between the office and the suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Control inspections of mass production orders, preparing QC instructions for own QC and Third-party QC, preparing QC reports and filing 
• Produce (ad-hoc) reports and handle (ad-hoc) projects;
• Accompanying colleagues on visits to manufacturers
• Source, Collect and compile data/information from manufacturers, partners and internal departments and maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data; 
• Negotiating cost prices, warranty, product quality, production quantity, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary paperwork;
• Arrange meetings and prepare agenda/minutes with suppliers and managing the samples, production cycle of the ordered products; 
• Analyzing every aspect of the product, ensuring the specifications, the quality, its status, and appearance etc. of the product. (for example, correct certifications, colors, printing marks, materials or styles, product sample testing and reporting);
• Make from time to time checks with manufacturers and identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise;
• Follow up and liaise with REP’s management to ensure tasks, projects and initiatives are completed as scheduled;

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 year working experience in Product Management in the Consumer Electronics industry or alike.
• Experience and affinity with Electronics and Technology.
• Strong analytical skills, having the ability to detect changes and damages in products. 
• Detail-oriented.
• Good negotiating skills,to motivate and convince supplier to accept our company proposals. 
• Good project coordination skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin andEnglish.  
• Proficient in MS Office applications (E.g. Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Capable of working in a team and independently on multiple projects simultaneously, be self-motivated and handle orders independently from sampling to shipment.
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Travel to China.
