Our company works on an international level, including but not limited with China and other parts of Asia, as well as with Europe, North America and South-America. Our company has been expanding and is therefore looking for motivated people to help us build a strong basis to grow our business upon.

Responsibilities

·             Handle full sets of accounts

·             Carry out routine accounting duties (including arranging payments and receipts,   checking invoices, data entries, filing)

·             Assist in administrative work

·             Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

·         Higher diploma, Associate Degree or above

·         Thorough knowledge of basic bookkeeping, financial & cost accounting principles

·         Detail oriented, able to effectively solve problems and work independently and       with others

·         Good communicator

·         Proficient in working with MS Office (eg excel)

·         Proficient in English (English is the language used in the office) Mandarin          Chinese and Cantonese, both spoken and written

·         Pro-active, Mature, self-motivated, hardworking

·         Reliable and respecting the confidentiality of the company’s business

·         Immediately available is an advantage
