Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Full set of accounting
  • Prepare various daily, monthly and ad hoc reports for management usage & group reporting
  • Prepare trust reconciliation in accordance to client money rule
  • Assist in month-end work, consolidation packages, inter-co and MIS reporting
  • Assist in year-end audit
  • Assist in various projects due to internal control, regulations update and new business initiatives 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in the securities sector, audit experience is a plus
  • Familiar with SFC requirements such as FRR and client monies rules
  • Knowledge in using accounting software, SAP, is a definite advantage
  • Strong PC skills with hands on experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
  • Occasional work during Saturday and public holidays is necessary
