This role is responsible to provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Projects Department.

Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial and day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Department including appointments, meetings and associated facilities set-up, travel arrangement, typing, photocopying, scanning, maintaining diaries and contacts, etc
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents and their associated internal circulation
• Maintain an effective correspondence and document central filing and record system for assigned projects
• Act as the main contact point of the department to internal departments
• Coordinate with other Administrators within the department to handle administrative tasks within the department
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Form 7 or above, with formal secretarial training
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in real estate industry
• Good in document control, filing and collaboration, especially in electronic format
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
