Responsibilities:

• Process the course application forms and input data to the Course Registration System
• Confirm applicants eligibility through tracking pre-requisite course completion.
• Maintain the records in order, e.g. applicants information, correspondence
• Coordinate with counter-parties such as Guiding members with training courses and activities
• Answer walk-in visitors and phone enquiries
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required
• Irregular working hours in weekends and public holidays if necessary

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or tertiary education
• 2 years’ work experience
• Good at Chinese and English
• Able to prepare financial statements and statistics as required
• Polite, patient, initiative, and work under pressure
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office
