Descriptions:

• Handle daily administrative duties (Including ordering office supplies,
• managing office cleaning, hotel booking etc.)
• Liaise and co-ordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operation within the office
• Support planning and organizing company functions and activities
• Outdoor work will be required occasionally (e.g. go to bank)

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• 1-2 years working experience in general office administration.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Being a good Team player, well-organized, creative in problem solving, detail-minded, accuracy, independent and proactive
• Proficiency in PC operation e.g. MS Office application & Chinese word processing.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
