Our Client is an Internationally leading supplier of integral lighting solutions for a wide variety of applications, to cope with their expanding business in Asia, they are looking for strong talents to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong

Responsibility:

• Energize/repair lighting systems and equipment at customer sites
• Provide around the clock customer support across global
• Responsible for Training of internal personnel, external technicians and customers on the proper use of products
• Perform hardware and software upgrades on timely basis
• Establish, liaise and maintain good relationship with dealers, representatives, contract technicians, consultants, contractors and end users
• Ensure completion of special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion

Ideal Candidate should be:

• Higher Diploma or preferably Bachelor’s degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or similarly related disciplines
• 3-5 years experience in Lighting & Audio or related fields
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin a big plus
• Preferably with Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker and experience with Mains Voltage and 3 Phase Electricity
