Responsibilities:

• Handle the correspondence for reimbursement and Pre-authorization cases on medical claims
• Perform the assessment for pre-authorization cases
• Coordinate with regional teams to handle the daily claims tasks in effective manner
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• Experience in medical claims processing is definitely an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fresh graduates or less experience will also be considered
