Job Description

Maxim’s is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill up the role of manager of Employee Experience & Communication.  This role will have the opportunity to be creative in developing and delivering the company-wide strategy to drive and strengthen employee engagement through activities and communications that touch employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.

 

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR / employee communication practitioner with deep passion for connecting people with a focus on shaping the culture of our company and driving employee engagement and sense of belonging to the company. The candidate will drive end-to-end employee experience that is aligned with the overall company’s values with the following focuses:

  • Generate creative and engaging employee communication programs to connect staff at all levels
  • Collaborate with Business Units and key stakeholders to develop and implement staff recreation activities and corporate events that have direct impact on employee alignment and engagement
  • Develop an engaging and delightful on boarding experience that is enterprise-wide consistent
  • Oversee the executions and monitor the measurements of employee events and communications

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, human resources or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in developing and executing employee programs
  • Relevant experience in driving employee communication or implementing new HR initiatives in a rapidly changing organization preferred
  • Experience in sizable companies and using social media platforms and enterprise social network (e.g. Microsoft Yammer) is a plus
  • Has diversity and creativity of thought in their approach of designing and building employee communication programs, staff leisure and engagement initiatives
  • Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and irregular hours occasionally
  • Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with employees verbally and in writing at all levels including office, frontline and factory staff
  • Flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, ability to embrace change, self-motivated and reliable
