Job Description
Main Responsibilities & Requirements
- Official daily administrative work, including office utilities ordering, visitors greeting, incoming phone calls, courier and mails handling, etc.
- Handle shipping and banking documents
- Communicate with forwarders & internal parties for logistic issues
- Support ad hoc assignment as required
- Well organized, positive working attitude, able to handle multi-tasks
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good at MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Fresh graduates are welcome
