Job Description
The Job
- Assist Operations Manager on projects coordination and administrative supports during whole project cycles
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure projects are delivered on quality and timely basis
- Assist Operations Manager to review existing workflows and procedures to improve productivties
- Consolidate and perform data analysis for management review
- Prepare communication materials to facilitate effective communication of projects implementation within all levels of Operations teams.
- Provide projects support as assigned by management
The Person
- Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
- With minimum 2 years of retail management experience particularly in retail operation
- Knowledge on IT system of store management is an advantage
- Logical and analytical mindset
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing
