Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for full-set of accounts, financial and management reports, tax and budget compilation for the Property Centre. He / She is also expected to assist in day-to-day running of the group's property portfolio as well as supervise and train subordinates.

Requirements:

• Student members taking professional examinations of internationally recognised accounting bodies
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience in full set accounting, preferably in supervisory role
• Independent, willing to work under pressure and can meet tight deadline
• Good team player
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Familiar with PC operation and MS Office
