Job Description

Procurement Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Procurement Senior Clerk
  • Scrutinize and process Purchase Requisitions till Purchase Orders issue
  • Monitor and ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users
  • Assist Procurement Senior Clerk to monitor supplier’s performance and to conduct relevant surveys
  • Maintain comprehensive procurement records
  • Assist Procurement Officer for other duties as assigned by Management
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in procurement for product in the field under below specified combination:
    (a)   Goods (Hardware, software, stationary and Uniform items) or
    (b)   Services
  • Experience in handling invoices and orders follow-up
  • Execute and review the quality control for goods receipt
  • Execute and review the quality control according to procurement manual
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word

 

 

Human Resources Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily clerical support for the HR team
  • Update and maintain personnel records
  • Maintain staff personal files and central filing system
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience; Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • A good team player, well organized, attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

 

Clerk (Permit Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administration support to the division
  • Manage file indexing and handle documentation works
  • Prepare internal documents as requested
  • Coordinate with other internal divisions
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience
  • Sound skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Computer components is highly preferable
  • Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure
  • Good personality and communication skill
  • Good command of English
