Job Duties

• To provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to the senior executive team
• To be responsible for manning the Confidential Registry
• To take up other general administrative duties as assigned by the senior executive team

Requirements

• HKDSE or equivalent, preferably degree holder
• Preferably 5 years relevant experience gained from sizable company, 3 years of which in supporting officers at senior level
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, well-organized and excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Proficiency in computer skills including Chinese Word Processing, MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
