Job Description:

• Perform daily accounting functions such as preparation of journal entries
• Prepare invoices and follow up account receivable
• Supervise the account payable team
• Assist in month end closing
• Assist in annual budgeting
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end closing
• Other ad-hoc accounting duties 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, student member of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting field with at least 1 year in supervisory level
• Experience in real estate agency is a definite advantage
• Proactive, independent, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Immediate availability is preferred
