Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Diploma graduate
- 2 years experience in trading or manufacturing company
- Experience in order processing and sales operation support
- Responsible, detail-minded, energetic and good team player
- Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Good command of English, Mandarin will be an asset
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support on orders coordination and preparing sales documents
- Handle delivery coordination with clients, suppliers and internal parties
- Maintain the sales order status and product information in the system
