Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and management reports and regulatory reports (FRR)
• Prepare financial analysis, budgeting and forecasts, and any ad hoc assignment
• Prepare full set of accounting
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues
• Carry out other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• With at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in PRC securities firm in Hong Kong or working in PRC accounting environment 
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems in securities firm and preferably familiar with Securities and Futures Commission
• Strong analytical mind and communications skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, well-organized and have strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal, communication and PC skills (Kingdee Accounting Software Preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
