Responsibilities:

• Report to CFO and CEO directly.
• Responsible for preparation of monthly and annual financial consolidation of international subsidiaries and reporting for the holding company, daily routines and accounting matters.
• Assist CFO in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, including multi-year and annual budget, cash flow forecast and performance analysis.
• Cash management and related matters.
• To be required to provide ad hoc analysis and report when necessary.
• Establish and maintain internal financial control disciplines and compliances, as well as ensure compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Liaises with independent auditors, bankers, corporation and other legal and tax advisers.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in accounting, finance or related disciplines and/or member of professional body (HKICPA / ACCA/ US CPA). Study in western countries is preferable.
• Possess minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in management accounting and budgeting, preferably in manufacturing industry. With min.2 year of auditing experience is highly desirable.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua). China (Shanghai) and oversea working experiences are a plus.
• Well-organized, analytical and the ability to perform in-depth analysis independently.
• Proficient MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point with advanced Excel skill and well-known ERP system.
• Mature, detailed with good interpersonal skills and imitative.
• Able to work under pressure and hands on.
• Willing to travel China (Hangzhou) and overseas.
