Position Description

JMATEK has been a major player in the Evaporative Air Cooler market worldwide. The company has exclusive designs and models which are marketed worldwide under the Honeywell Brand. To keep pace with its innovation and growth the company requires an Accounts Assistant.

Key Area Responsibilities:

-Responsible for book-keeping, bank remittance and daily accounting operation

- Bank reconciliations

- Assist in preparing monthly reports & schedules

- Support in ad hoc assignments

- Maintenance good filing system

- Assist in general office administration work

Job Requirements:

- Higher Diploma in Accounting or above

- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in accounting

- Proficient skill in MS Office, especially in MS Excel

- Familiar with FlexSystem is an advantage

- Good command of both written and spoken in English, Chinese & Mandarin

- With strong sense of job commitment & responsibility and self-motivation

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

- Detail-minded, work independent and willing to learn

- Good interpersonal skill and positive work attitude

- Immediate available is highly preferred
