These offices are staffed by a combination of Chinese and expatriate professionals; in total we directly employ around 250 professionals throughout China. To expand our Hong Kong office, we are looking for the position of Director/partner.

Responsibilities

• Playing a leading role in new business development, sales and delivery of services
• Managing a team of professionals to deliver quality services to the company and to personal clients
• Developing a strong client relationships
• Being a leader in your field of expertise, but simultaneously being able to cross sell all company services
• Providing coaching and mentoring to team members
• Acting as a member of the management committee with certain office or departmental oversight and responsibility

 Qualification and Requirements

• A professional qualification in accounting and or taxation, or your field of expertise
• Above 10 years relevant experience with a minimum of three years leadership role workingin a medium or small-sized accounting firm, with commercial experience preferred.
• Hold HKICPA (practising) is essential
• Excellent business sense and marketing-oriented thinking
• Strong grasp of business and technical issues, industry knowledge and practices
• Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to think outside the box and to adapt to specific client situations
• Able to interact effectively with both management and clients
• Team player with proven ability of managing complex and sizeable assignments
