Our client, a US Fortune 500 IT company that provide innovate technology for the customers, is now looking for the "Network Admin Engineer"

Duties:

* Attend to assigned phone calls and call registration in system

* Create and maintain analysis report and records

* Conduct daily network operations and administration, sometimes may including batch jobs submission, perform data backup and system admin task.

* Performs monitoring on data center networks and facilities status

* Assist Data Centre Supervisor and System Engineer to perform problem diagnosis

* Co-ordinates with vendor in project planning & problem fixing

* Follow problem escalation procedure

* Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers

* 7 x 24 Standby support

 Requirements:

* Diploma/Certificate in Computer related discipline is preferred

* At least 3 years work experience in Networking

* Certification in CCNP is required

* Familiar in CISCO Network routers, LAN switches, VPN, Wifi Controller products

* Proficient in layer 2 & 3 protocols including TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, WAN, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP

* Knowledge of network security technology including SSL NAT and Firewall

* Knowledge in Windows 2008 is preferred

* Experience in Metro-Ethernet Network or sizeable network infrastructure is an advantage

* Candidate(s) required to work in Quarry Bay or Kwun Tong

 Hours of Work:

* Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (1 hour meal break)

* Sat 9:00am – 1:00pm (1.5 rest days for a calendar week)

* After office hour support is needed and compensation will be offer.
