The Job 

• Report directly to the store operations manager
• Provide general support to store operations manager on day to day operation
• Handle customer complaints and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Carry out administrative functions and to co-ordinate with different departments

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 1 year experience in retail or service industry (Fresh Graduate will also be considered)
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proven people management and problem solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

(Shift duties is required)
