Duties:

• To prepare Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoice & Purchase Order
• Customers & Supplier Payment Follow Up
• Answering Incoming Enquiries for Sales Team
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned for Department
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• At least 3-Years Experiences working in Sales or Administration Field
• Knowledge in MYOB system is an advantage
• Obedience, Hardworking & Initiative
• Immediate Available is essential
