Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage promoters;
• Responsible for daily HR operations, including payroll, MPF administration, recruitment and selection;
• Planning working schedule for promoters;
• Implement talent management, training and development and employee growth;
• Maintain and update personnel data & records;
• Provide administration support to Operations Team;
• Provide after sales service and answer customers’ enquiry;

Job Requirements:

• F5 or above;
• Good communication skills in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin;
• 3-5 year working experience in sales and marketing/customer service field preferred;
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Self-initiative, hardworking, aggressive and presentable with good communication skills are essential;
• Able work under pressure and tight timeline;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
