Responsibilities

• Assist in researching new formulations and maintaining existing formulations in items with chemical mixtures
• Development of chemical compliance system and procedures
• Develop and implement safety risk assessment program and material/supplier risk matrix to minimize the amount of unnecessary testing
• Perform material research to identify chemicals/materials that could fulfil regulatory requirements
• Overview and monitor the data integrity and correctness in Hasbro Chemical Management Database (CMD) system.
• Keep track on the changing chemical regulatory environments and review the effectiveness of current systems

Requirements

• Degree holder in Chemistry or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ working experience in quality or chemical testing industry is preferred
• Knowledge of chemical management regulations, process control and management
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and attentive to details
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
