Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full set of finance and accounting functions including daily accounting functions; month/year end closing and preparation of financial reports;
• Coordinating with various departments and service units in budgeting, statutory audit and other audit assignments requested by funding bodies;
• Develop, implement and review financial policies, regulations and procedures;
• Co-ordinate IT Department and service units to enhance and streamline existing systems and processes;
• Assist in service tendering and financial models or projections for new services.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent  
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, well organized, detailed and strong analytical mind, logical thinking, problem solving skill and strong communication skills
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and under pressure in meeting tight deadlines 
• Experience in computerized accounting environment with knowledge in Epicor Financials and insurance management would be a definite advantage
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Chinese
