Job Description
Our Client is a reputable wholesale bank. They are looking for suitable candidate to fill the abovementioned position.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and training & development, etc
- Review and execute all benefits programs including MPF, staff insurance benefits and leave management
- Manage the human resources information system
- Organize staff relation activities and other corporate social responsibilities functions
- Participate in other HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in human resources management preferably in bank/financial institutions
- Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements
- Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
