Job Summary

This position is responsible for installing, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting and stabilizing Ultra*Max Tag Sort, test & count equipment in order to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of Distribution Center Sorting Processes.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Diagnose faults using test equipments for electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Analyzes problems related to automated production equipment and makes necessary repairs using hand & power tools and precision measuring instruments
• Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment per defined standard procedures
• Set up & adjust production equipment in accordance with production requirements and material variations
• Maintain record of repairs performed during shift & report to manager to enable preparation of shift report
• Maintain work areas & tools in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Upholding the quality and standards of the services of the organization.
• Completing all tasks assigned by the supervising manager.
• Coordinating work related functions with co-workers.
• Working in regulation of the company safety norms.

Minimum Qualification (Education/Experience, Knowledge/Skill, Competency)

• Complete post secondary, technical or high school
• More than 3 years of experience in similar/relevant environment
• Able to work on two-rotating shifts
• Strong working knowledge of industrial electricity, machine controls (PLC), pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies
• Must be able to read electrical schematics & mechanical blueprints
• Good working knowledge of English

Working Hours

The normal days of work are from Mondays to Saturdays, 6 days a week with the following 2 rotating shifts by every two (2) weeks:

Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm (one hour lunch)
Night Shift:    4:00pm - 12:00am (one hour dinner)
