Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of day-to-day office administration dutes such as stationaries sourcing, equipment repairs and maintenance, file keeping, report generation, etc.
• Assist in Sales & Marketing activities such as preparing invoices, quotations; communicating with clients and service providers, assiting in logistics function, etc
• Assist in general HR affairs such as payroll calculation, MPF contribution, enroll benefits for new employees and staff leave records
• Assist in general bookkeeping, receipts and payments handling
• Asist in ad-hoc projects

 Requirements:

• High Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder
• Understanding of basic accounting and familiar / experienced with Peachtree or other accounting software will be an advantage.
• Must be able to work independently
• Good command of English is a MUST
• Punctual, Positive, Proactive, Energetic and Well-organized
• Analytical, Good Communicator with Interpersonal Skills
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn
• Enjoys Technology and Customer Services
