The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting for network quality issue
• Provide technical support
• Collect and analyze testing data
• Work with other teammates in all testing related issue

Preferred Qualifications and Abilities:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related disciplines
• Solid working experience in Cisco Products or CCNA is an advantage
• Solid experience in network troubleshooting and routing policy is an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Shift duty may be required
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
